Totally realized with our funds, is just the
beginning of our long-term investments in
residence-living constructions.
During nine-year activity we've realized
a lot of projects,cooperated with different
clients, trying to satisfy them and of course

Our newest challenge is the realization
of the new State Penitentiary in the City of Peqin,
with a total value of investment nearly 12 millions $,
sum this provided from an Italian Government grant.
We collaborate this project with an "Nuova Peqin"
an Italian company and is estimated that construction
works will end by June of 2002.
