"Europrojekt" LTD started its activity on 5 October 1991, founded from the four actually partners. Its starting activity was Design, according with the license taken and the main experience of the staff, arrived from different design sectors of the Albania. Starting with an area of offices 48 m2 in the center of Elbasan, owned even now form the company, performing the activities of designing, city-planning studies, object-design, industrial design et. After the company was consolidated and coming out in the market as a successful enterprise, the construction activity started its way becoming in a very short time the main activity and the biggest part of our revenue. It started with the creation of necessary equipment, machinery's, completed with the necessary staff et. The first object built was a four-floor building and it has already realized various important objects. The idea of having a completed range of activities directed our efforts towards the creation of the other two manufacturing and production activities such as Inerts and Furniture producing. With the increase and expanding of the company was eventually necessary the relocation of the headquarters, and in 94 the company transferred its offices in a new headquarters object, reconstructed with its own funds, and concentrating now Design activity, and the management activity, having in these new premises the possibilities for a further expansion and for a modern way of management of its work. In accordance with the idea of further expansion was created the incorporated activity with "GC" company, named "EuroGC" with its aim to construct residence-living objects, constructing the ten-floor building in Tirana as a first step of this collaboration.
